INTERIOR CANTINA AT NIKE HEADQUARTERS IN AMSTERDAM BY UXUS




Developed by Uxus in collaboration with the design team of Nike, the canteen or dining room contains individual tables and booths decorated with logos of the brand in decorative objects, located in the seat of Nike in Hilversum, Holland. Athletes are illustrated by a pipe wall orange. Colorful chairs and picnic benches provide additional seating in the cafeteria. Each element was developed considering the efficiency and capacity of staff to create a personalized experience when eating.

The asphalt surface of a parking lot extends into the interior of this coffee in Shizuoka, Japan by Suppose Design Office . White stripes painted across the still surface of the interior floor, showing directions of routes. The door frames and furniture are chosen details in yellow writing with the masts of a driving school that occupies the park.

HYUNDAI SHOWS GARAGE LOUNGE IN BLACK BY FERNANDA MARQUES ARCHITECTS




Fernanda Marques Architects shows the first edition of Hall Garage in Black Hyundai shows in Sao Paulo, decorating with black is definitely linked to timelessness. Using a bold glass structure, the Hall Garage is the only space in the exhibition that was built with about 150m ². A flexible use of space, where an occupant is the perfect setting to relax, work or chat with friends. Reading a book, sharing a good wine, listen to good music or watching favorite games. "I tried to create a place where a man could imagine if he had to turn the garage into his own space. Thus, the design maximizes the space available, through a contemporary glass gazebo that can wipe out the boundaries between inside and outside. " says the architect.

Room divider panels by Glass Italia

The joint between the two glasses is in anodised polished glossy aluminium. There are three sizes of the divider available. If you have a really modern interior and want to divide your room then Wall would be a nice choice for you that besides separating the room would decorate it a little bit. Wall by Glass Italia is a great solution to separate any room. The modern and decorative room divider is available in transparent, coupled laminated glass, with a grey colour textile fabric inside. The load-bearing side is in tempered transparent extra-light or smoked glass of 10 mm.

The first story contains storage, laundry, and sauna facilities. The second contains bedrooms and small bunkrooms to accommodate guests. The third contains the kitchen and dining spaces with a separate room to be used as playroom-TV room for the children and as a guest room. The fourth floor is in the tree tops with big dormer windows containing window seats that can also be used as beds for additional guests. The flooring is wide pine planks; there is cedar siding inside and out and it is furnished mostly with a collection of oak furniture. The Ski House is designed by Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates a long time ago for a family with two children where they also could meet with a large number of guests. is on the steep northern slope of the mountain above Vail in a beautiful stand of aspen trees and low evergreen bushes. The building is a four-story house and inspire of tall, straight trees around it features amazing views of surroundings.

Home theater interior from Electronic House

The curtains also very nicely balance reflective woodwork to smooth out the sound. Leaf Collection is inspired by a curved back of a leaf, Giancarlo Zema has designed this extraordinary collection of outdoor furniture. It consists of a table and a chair with a back that fits the curves of the body.

Environmentally sustainable houses by Karim Rashid

All the lighting is LED for efficiency and low energy consumption and the radiant floors are powered by solar generated energy. There is also an outdoor seating, called the “Eko bench”, that has an automatic system for the collection of rain water used to self-water the green mantle of grass planted into one of the seat’s undulating curves. Probably that concept is the next step in the world of modern design and modular construction. Milan Design Week 2010 a project called ‘Smart-ologic Corian® Living’ was presented. It’s done by canadian designer Karim Rashid and happened to be a modular sustainable home design concept. The interior of this home has a futuristic look, soft organic shapes of walls and furniture, and modern appliances. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a living room. The photovoltaic modules of DuPont, integrated into the roof, create environmentally-sustainable energy.

Penthouse interior design by NORM Architects

As Coco Chanel were saying: “Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance”. That’s why such interior design could and should be called elegant. Besides, the penthouse features very cool views that are opened from several rooms. As you can see on one the pictures below, the interior features the Milk lamp that is also designed by this architect studio. Copenhagen Penthouse II is one of the latest projects by NORM Architects. It shows, how beautiful could be a simple combination of black and white colors in interior design. In this interior these colors also comes hand by hand with minimalism which is achieved with built-in storage solutions, simple shapes, straight lines and other distinctive characteristics of this style.
