Placing the house on a plot was deliberately chosen perpendicular to the flowing river that was compounded by the dramatic potential of the site and also to house the outlook did not prevent its neighbors, which form the most simple, wooden houses of the postwar period. Architectural studio JVA sought to keep the house in his character and detail in symbiosis with the original construction, the necessary dynamics and extravagance injected into the concept of a distinctive color of stained wood paneling. Red was chosen to reflect the lively personality of the investor.
